Bishop’s Green residents relocation
When Sentinel Housing Association in Hampshire embarked on a recent £17m regeneration scheme, they began with a small estate called Bishop’s Green, near Newbury.
After building new homes on spare land close by, they needed to move over 30 tenants from their old homes, due for demolition, into the new ones. Cutting Removals was chosen for the task and the job was carried out over three months as each new home became available.
Many of the residents were aged or infirm and needed special care, and Cutting Removals’ staff were consistently praised for their understanding and patience in their handling of each move.
